The course addresses to both public institutions (contracting authorities) and private companies (tenderers).

Is involved as expert a trainer from SEAP - with good theoretical and practical experience in the managing of electronic public procurement procedures and technical assistance for management and use of ESPP.

For the legislation component is involved a trainer, a law expert - with a good theoretical and practical experience in carrying out the procurement procedures, technical assistance for preparation of tender documentation and contract administration.

We do training with practitioners, not lecturers.

Procurement Expert Exam - code COR 241,940 - optional (open to university graduates or higher education)


At the end of the seminar the participants will receive a Certificate of participation if they are being present minimum 75% of the time. The serial number of this certificate gives access to the portal www.management-training.ro, where people can access also the resource center (Agora Section).

After passing the exam, the participants will receive a Diploma recognized by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education.
