SVASTA company has been established in 1993 by Dr. Iulian SVASTA and Mihai SVASTA, having as first clients important German consulting and training organisations: Carl Duisberg Gesselschaft e.V (at present InWEnt GmbH) and Icon-Institut Koeln.

Our Transilvanian roots have facilitated the cooperation with the German speaking business environment; in time the number of German and Austrian clients and partners have significantly widened.

SVASTA had always a responsabile atitude toward the business environment in which we act. SVASTA is a certified member in AMCOR, Romanian Management Consultancies Association, a member of FEACO, European Management Consultancies Federation (2001-2004, 2005-present member in the board), HR Club, the association of HR professionals, RONAT, the association of training providers for public administration. SVASTA is also member in the board of ASAPRO, Romanian Association of Public Procurement Specialists.

3 consultants of SVASTA are Certified Management Consultants, CMC, an international certification issues by ICMCI, International Council of Management Consulting Institutes.

During the 15s years of organisation life, the number of management consultants has grown consultantly. Today we employ 21 full-time specialists; in addition we are proud that a large number of freelance consultants chosed to work with SVASTA.
