- Romanian clients, assisted in their development or transformation process, with assignments mainly in operations, financials, HR, marketing & communication, including assistance for negotiations with financial or strategic investors and
- Austrian or German clients, assisted in the management of their projects in Romania: entrance on Romanian market or post-merge integration, change management, process optimisation projects.
